This item must not be dyed or sprayed with chemicals (i.e. perfume, oils, etc.)
Original tags and accessories must be included
Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing may take 5-7 business days, depending on your payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photos if applicable.
